We are looking to fill a permanent positions working a 42 hour week. The shift pattern is four 12 hours shifts followed by four days off. Shifts can start at 05:00hrs or finish at 01:00 am. Flexibility is required; overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.

Our  Mobile Support Operatives (MSOs) are the public face of the parking business.  They ensure that the car parks for which they are responsible are all working effectively with well-maintained and serviced equipment and that the customers who use those car parks have any issues resolved speedily and to their complete satisfaction. 

Candidates for this job will have some previous experience working in a customer facing business, ideally from a retail or hospitality background. You will be able to demonstrate good customer service and communication skills. A full driving licence is essential.  A basic understanding of computers and windows based applications is necessary.  Importantly, candidates must be reliable, flexible and have a high degree of initiative.
