My client are a high end residential developer based in Ipswich they are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join them

The ideal candidate would have worked in a customer service department for a Housing Association or Property Developer previously 

Day to day duties:

• Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls from home owners
• Logging & tracking defects and defect resolution 
• Dealing with complaints
• Booking in internal engineers to carry out works
• Escalating any complaints to management
