I am working with 1 of the UK's largest Housing Developers who are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager for their Teams

I am looking for someone who either come from a trades or site background that has experience with New Build Aftercare

Site Locations: Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Felixstow & the surrounding areas

Day to day duties:

• Attending appointments in finished property's
• Diagnosing issues within customers property's
• Booking in sub contractors to carry out works
• Ensuring that you deliver 5* customer service on all levels
• Monitoring operative works
• Defect & Warranty Management
