My client are a housing developer who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them to be based their their head office in Uxbridge

Day to day duties:

• Dealing with incoming calls & making outgoing call to home owners
• Gaining information for surveys
• Collating data from customers
• Managing the system
• Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
• Working closely with the customer service team
• Reporting in the customer service manager
