SAP Global Data Steward: SAP S/4– Switzerland– Hybrid
Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding company in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on development and commercialization, is currently seeking a Global Data Steward to join their team. This role is pivotal in their ongoing digital transformation journey to realign their application landscape and improve their process landscape. You will be assisting with introduction of SAP S/4 as their new global ERP system from their current legacy system to harmonize site-specific QMS processes with a new web-based workflow engine. With this transformation you will be simplifying their paper-driven HR processes with a centralised digital solution. They offer a very lucrative package in terms of salary, benefits and bonus and hybrid working.
As the Global Data Steward, you will define and supports setting up new master data structures and the related lifecycle and governance processes. You as the Global Data Steward will align data catalogs with stakeholders/process owner as part of the digital transformation initiative focusing on SAP S/4 whilst also owning and driving the global SAP master data lifecycle management process. As the Global Data Steward, you will need to establish a network of data owners/ data experts to ensure a common understanding of the master data structure whilst collecting data requirements.
You as the Global Data Steward will enable KPI/ metric reporting by providing automated reporting and data analytics with the encouragement of harmonized data structures. As the Global Data Steward, you will develop governance procedures, workflows, and measures to ensure FAIR/ALCOA+ data structures/ data consistency/data processes. You as the Global Data Steward will coordinate master data collection, cleansing, consolidation, and migration within the global projects. Finally, as the Global Data Steward you will act as an SAP master data workstream co-lead during rollout out and also ensure training of master data experts.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience as a Global Data Steward/SAP Data Migration Lead.
- Working knowledge or experience in the following:
- SAP master data structures and interdependence between the different SAP modules.
- Master data lifecycle management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with data integrity regulations and SOX expectations desired
- Business warehouse, reporting, data analytics and/or visualization tools and techniques in a regulated environment.
- GxP regulations within the life science industry.

Salary – up to CHF 140k
Location – Switzerland (Aarua/ Bubendorf) OR Netherlands OR France – Hybrid, negotiable (2-3 days/week in office).
Duration – Permanent.
