Business Development Manager, £35K-£45K + £20K OTE uncapped

The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Business Development Manager with a global SaaS business that services the real estate industry. They specialise in how best to utilise commercial property data and using technology to transform the industry of real estate. Using their PropTech solution, they aim to support property professionals to discover and validate off market deals, look at comparable transactions and more.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be assisting in growing a client base and actively pursuing new clients with deal sizes from £3K-£20K and targeted to achieve £130K in your first year. You will be taking ownership and influencing agents, consultants, owners, investors, developers and other professionals. You will be tasked with the full 360 sales role and have the space of putting your mark on a start-up in London.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ of new business SaaS sales experience
• Understanding of commercial property industry
• Consultative sales approach, face-to-face
• Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
• An interest in property and/or data
