Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses of potential investment opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of investment proposals for presentation to the Investment Committee.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
Participate in due diligence processes, including the review of financial statements, market research, and risk assessment.
Assist in the negotiation of transaction terms and the preparation of legal documentation.
Support the closing of transactions by coordinating with external advisors, legal teams, and other stakeholders. Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates to senior management.
Assist in the development and implementation of value creation plans for portfolio companies.
Participate in regular meetings with portfolio company management teams to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with analysts and associates to provide guidance and support in their development.
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Conduct macroeconomic and sector-specific research to inform investment strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new investment opportunities.
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
