• Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance on deal execution and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the private equity team.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new investment opportunities.
• Contribute to the formulation of fund strategy and investment thesis based on market analysis and research findings.
