We are currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst with excellent financial modelling skills for a global construction business based in Sydney CBD. This candidate will be expected to create a consolidated balance sheet and company set up for a new JV business unit. .
Strong financial statement modelling skills required
Experience in system design and architecture is a positive
- Design and preparation of procedural document for a JV financial performance reporting pack for delivery on a monthly basis
- Development of a whole of contract forecasting tool. This is to include the various contractual revenue and cost streams
- Creation of a Data architecture diagram - a “One pager” that identifies where all data inputs originate, where that data goes, how it is used, and what are the risks / critical interdependencies.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3-5 years experience is ideal
- Excellent Excel modelling skills is a must
- Experience in investment/banking is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate back to business results
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in system design and architecture is a positive
