Warehouse Administration Assistant / Permanent - Full Time Position

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administration Assistant to join a busy 3PL warehouse based in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

• Attractive package Starting at $50K+
• Located in Somerton
• Permanent - Full Time Position
• Monday to Friday - Day Shift

The right person will be responsible for the day to day administrative duties of the warehouse - Including but not limited to providing great customer service, receiving & dispatching, inventory checks, liaising with suppliers / freight providers as well as overall general warehouse operations.

Duties will include:

• Overall warehouse administration
• Assist External Sales Representatives with tasks that are requested
• Liaising with transport companies to organise the freight of orders
• Assisting Clients on-site, via email & Phone enquires
• Inventory management - Maintain accurate records & documentation
• Daily use of Microsoft Office applications
• Additional general administration / warehouse duties as required

• Warehouse administration &/or overall warehouse operations experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to understand customer needs & requirements
• self-motivated & results driven 
• Exceptional organisational & problem solving  skills
• High Level Computer & Data Entry Skill’s / MS office experience
• Adhere to all OH&S procedures & guidelines
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia - Available to work 38 hours per week
• Have relevant PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) - including Steel Cap boots & High Visibility Vest
