Tasks and responsibilities

• Creditor Management: Oversee accounts payable for timely and accurate payments.
• Debtor Management: Monitor accounts receivable for prompt collections.
• VAT Compliance: Handle VAT matters, ensuring compliance and preparing/submitting VAT returns.
• Intercompany Reports: Generate and analyze reports for accuracy.
• International Supplier Interaction: Communicate with suppliers abroad, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Provide support to finance colleagues, fostering collaboration.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Bank Transactions: Manage and reconcile transactions for precise financial recording.
• Tax Return Preparation: Assist in preparing various tax returns, stay updated on tax regulations.

Working conditions

• Salary up to €4,500 per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and knowledge
• Full time position of 40 hours per week
• 24 vacation days

Job requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with AFAS and Exact is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both the Dutch and English language
