Clinic Operations Management:
- Assisting the clinic manager in achieving performance goals.
- Designing and implementing sales strategies to improve transaction rates and customer retention.
- Overseeing daily operational processes to ensure that workstation partners adhere to operational procedures and standards, maintaining clinic cleanliness and orderliness, and providing a safe and comfortable environment for patient visits.
- Handling customer complaints and disputes, and providing satisfactory resolution.
- Responsible for training and guiding clinic staff, ensuring they possess professional knowledge and skills, and assisting them in achieving performance goals.
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and incentives to promote team member performance.
- Establishing and maintaining effective teamwork and communication mechanisms.
