Job Functions:

  • Monitoring and daily tracking of changes in Hungarian legislation, affecting the activities in Hungary, as well as the implementation of the EPC Contract with special focus on any amendments related to the rights and obligations of the Contractor;
  • Systematization of changes in legal legislation affecting the following areas: energy tax, energy, construction, corporate law, local taxes, waste management, industry, special taxes, international law, transportation and transport, accounting, operating rules , contract law, corporate tax, environmental protection, property, customs duties, competition, water management, liens, nuclear and radiation safety;
  • Tracking changes in the technical norms, rules and standards applicable to the EPC Contract execution;
  • Claim work. Preparation and filing of claims of various content. Preparation and sending of responses to claims of counterparties, as well as third parties. Preparation and submission of statements of claim to the court, if necessary;
  • Juridical work. Participation in legal proceedings in courts of general jurisdiction. Preparation and direction of private, appeal and cassation complaints. Conclusion of amicable agreements in court. Participation in conducting forensic examinations;
  • Contract work. Preparation of contracts. Verification of contracts provided by contractors. Cooperation with contractors to agree on controversial contract terms. Preparation of protocols of disagreements, additional agreements, annexes, etc .;
  • Development, preparation and implementation of local regulations and other internal documents of the company (regulations, orders, instructions, acts, protocols, agreements, powers of attorney, etc.).
