The Role

This permanent position will allow you to join a high-performing office of Customer Service Enthusiasts based in Kurnell.

Day to Day

• Assist customers with initial enquiries via phone and email.
• Process phone orders and customer payments.
• Assist with price and stock availability queries.
• Assist with order queries, including ETAs, delivery and courier enquiries.
• Direct enquiries to the correct team.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid COVID-19 certificate.

Work Day

This role is Monday- Friday, standard business hours.
