Salary: AUD54700 - AUD61200 per annum

My client is a renowned and highly reputable organization that is dominating the financial services industry. After beginning their journey in 2005, they are now able to offer financial services to a range of blue-chip clients and customers, globally.

My client’s geographic footprint stretches internationally and is continuously growing with a current employee head count of 6,500. Due to their vast growth, they are looking to add additional customer service professionals to support their office support team on either a permanent or fixed-term contract basis.

The Role

You will be joining a high-performing office of Customer Service Professionals based in Paramatta. With a flexible hybrid environment, they offer full workplace flexibility and promote internal growth within the business.

As well as their staff welfare days and rewards scheme, this position comes with a 3-week training program to ensure you’re best equipped to fully immerse yourself in the role.

Day to Day

  • Providing confidential customer service both efficiently and accurately
  • Working in a KPI driven, fast paced call centre environment
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Logging and reporting of calls in the system
  • Transferring calls to the correct team

Requirements

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service background
  • Motivated by a KPI driven environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous systems experience

Work Day

This role is Monday- Friday, standard business hours, hybrid environment
