Site Labourer

Location: Tidworth, Hampshire

Salary: £116 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Site Labourer (no CSCS Card Required) to join our client’s busy team in September, before this we will need to process a Security Clearance Check. You will provide general site and maintenance support across military garrisons. Your work will help keep their facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly for the armed forces.

Key responsibilities of a Site Labourer

• Assist site and trade teams with general labour tasks.
• Do heavy lifting and move materials or furniture safely.
• Keep site and workspace areas clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
• Carry out low-level maintenance work as directed.
• Follow all health and safety rules on site at all times.

What we’re looking for in a Site Labourer

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• Good practical awareness of health and safety on site.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and manual work.
• Hard-working, self-disciplined, and able to use your initiative.
• Able to pass required security clearance checks
