We have a new opportunity for an Warehouse Operative to join a well-established company, working in Basingstoke on a Permanent basis.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

• Manage warehouse stock and inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and well controlled
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and paperwork processes
• Receive and book in goods, checking deliveries 
• Pick and prepare items for sales orders, ensuring quality 
• Complete all dispatch documentation, including shipping labels and commercial invoices
• Support general warehouse and dispatch duties as required 
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment
• Operate warehouse equipment safely 
• Assist the wider Operations team with warehouse and logistics tasks as needed

Required Skills of a Warehouse Operative:           

• Previous warehouse experience
• PC literate and confident using internal systems
• Forklift experience desirable 
• Reliable, proactive team player who works well within a small team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure
