Warehouse Operative – Basingstoke | 20 - 37.5 hours per week

We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established logistics company, working in Basingstoke.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £12.71 per hour - £15.25 per hour

Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 (20 - 37.5 per week)

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative

• Work proactively within a team
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders securely and to deadline working to targets
• Maintain stock accuracy through rotation, stock checks and regular stock takes
• Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, safe and well organised
• Support manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving goods
• Follow all health & safety procedures and report hazards/near-misses promptly

Requirements of a Warehouse Operative

• Previous experience working in a warehouse
• Self-motivated and flexible
• Experience working to tight deadlines and under pressure
