Key responsibilities for the Workday HCM Lead (Project Management, System Implementation)
- Provide guidance to ensure the success of the Workday implementation
- Facilitate and aid decision making with key stakeholders
- Responsible for design and delivery of HCM deliverables
- Support process workstream
Key capabilities for the Workday HCM Lead (Project Management, System Implementation)
- Previous experience (4+ years’) in a global Workday implementation and over 6 year’s HR experience
- HCM technology experience
- In depth knowledge of Workday system lifecycle
- Knowledge of the key steps to ensure the success of a Workday programme and able to provide best advice and practises to decision makers
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes and change
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
