We are looking for a Xmas Tree / Wellhead / Workover Engineering Services for one of our clients with the following details:

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Qualification: Master’s degree in engineering and strong experience in engineering for SPS Systems
• Languages: English
• Professional Experience: Recent and relevant experience with major SPS Contractor in delivering a deep-water subsea system – including design, procurement, construction, installation and offshore hookup and commissioning of wellhead systems and vertical Xmas trees. Sound knowledge of drilling, completion, workover and subsea operation disciplines.
• Experience within project: At least 15 years in large offshore oil & gas subsea environment / projects.

Activities

• Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE&Q, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility. Ensure all technical documentation and SPS Contractor activities comply with H3SE&Q requirements and highlight any potential deviations. Ensure safe working practices are implemented along all phases of project.
• Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy, promote
• and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project
• Ensure progress, fitness for purpose, and compliance with Company Rules and Specifications, Project requirements and international codes of all Xmas tree, wellhead, workover engineering for SPS scope during all Project phases,
• Be responsible for all pre-Project and FEED Xmas tree, wellhead, workover system engineering activities and manage all Pre- project and FEED contractor technical activities related to these systems. Manage interfaces with other packages as required.
• Ensure that all drilling aspects having consequences on SPS design are suitably addressed over the design phase.
• Support development of the technical package for the SPS Call for Tender in accordance with Project Strategy
• Be responsible for review, fitness for purpose and compliance to Project and Company requirements of SPS Tenderers Technical offers. Support the SPS Technical Manager during technical clarifications with Tenderers and ensure timely closing of technical qualifications. Carry out Tenders technical evaluation and support for preparation of RTA technical part.
• Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation, reports, presentations related to the Xmas tree, wellhead, work over systems. Support and participate to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.),
• Ensure that all engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing (or having reviewed) and validating the relevant documentation issued by Supplier(s) and Contractor(s) (technical documentation / queries / derogation requests),
• Provide guidance and input into Contractor strategies/procedures and specifications for design, procurement, construction, installation and offshore hookup and commissioning of the subsea components.
• Support to follow-up and supervise all  testing and qualification activities (SUT,  FAT, EFAT,  SIT, etc), all installation preparation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities performed by SPS Contractor, including the handover of equipment to other packages,
• Ensure technical compliance throughout the Project life of the engineered, procured, fabricated, tested and installed SPS material and  equipment  (over  several  locations, yards). Ensure all  technical,  QA/QC  and  H3SE  project  policies and requirements are duly implemented and ensure SPS Contractors’ compliance with contractual requirements in all areas. Anticipate and ensure adequate and timely reporting to the SPS Technical Manager of any concern, issue or potential deviation. Propose timely and adequate solutions and optimizations.
• Liaise with other package teams (Drilling, SURF etc) as necessary for interface matters with the support of Interface Managers and Technical Managers,
• Participate in Project Reviews, such as HAZID/HAZOP, Design Reviews, Constructability Reviews,
• Assist and support the Technical Manager and the Subsea Manager on all aspects of the Xmas Tree, wellhead, workover work package during Call For Tender, Clarification & evaluation process, project execution and contracts management, and with the relations with Partners
• Coordinate with other Team Members including the SPS contract engineer for the follow-up of correspondence and contract activities throughout the full CFT process and during Project Execution
• Gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to Company entities as required.
