We are looking for a Service Request - Procurement, Logistics and Quality for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Paris-La Défense, France
Planned Start Date: 16 January 2026
Estimated duration of the mission: +6 months
Objectives and deliverables:
Sales Administration
- Realize customer order fulfillment in accordance with each customer's unique terms and requirements, including incoterms, pre-shipment inspection, etc.
- Monitor manufacturers' stocks or standard ranges, ensuring that holding obligations are respected, particularly for contractual requests for tenders (bi-monthly meeting).
- Edit quotes and invoices for customers
- Edit purchase orders for suppliers
- Monitor and report supplier performance indicators
- Ensure monthly reporting of maritime transport
- As needed, write logistics sheets by country (import procedure, contact list)
- Participate in the definition and updates of the management tools and the database (with the management of the company's migration in SAP)
- Follow up on a monthly basis on the documents exchanged with MS Africa finance
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage contract negotiations with freight forwarders and carriers (sea, air or land) in the supply chain.
- Manage the purchasing and supply center of our subsidiaries and B2B customers (quotes, orders, suppliers, freight forwarders, invoicing)
- Organize and monitor the transport and delivery of products in compliance with deadlines.
- Provide support for logistics needs based on RFP-related shipments and B2B or NGO customers.
Quality monitoring
- Send inspection plans with procedures
- Manage defective procedures
- Calculate rates and collect reasons for defective products
- Participate in updates to the quality review document
- Draw up new inspection sheets
