We are looking for a Works Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Lacq, France

Planned Start Date: 05 January 2026

Estimated duration of the mission: 3 - 6 months

Objectives and deliverables

• Supervise the on-site construction of a construction site
• Coordinate on-site responders through daily meetings
• Receive and compile the P3S of the EAs to anticipate high-risk operations (complex and critical)
• Prepare work permits and ensure the safety monitoring of operations according to the Company reference framework and the subsidiary's internal rules Monitor entry/exit and manage the POB
• Assist or replace the works supervisor during site meetings
• Assist the works manager in the management of the schedule by ensuring the availability of resources (equipment)
• Analyze and monitor the execution plans sent by the works manager and the companies
• Ensure the request, receipt and follow-up of documents and authorizations from EA personnel and equipment on the site
