We are looking for an International HSE Expert for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Ivory Coast

Contract Duration: 1 year

Qualification and Experience Required:

• University degree in environmental management, biology, geography, sociology or related field
• +10 years of experience on similar large-scale projects
• Proven expertise in environmental and social impact assessment and management
• Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Fluency in French
• Residence in Ivory Coast desired

Mission:

• Conducting World Bank-compliant ESIAs in power infrastructure projects
• Track and monitor ESMPs and RAPs for electrical infrastructure projects
• Develop strategic plans: PGMO (Workforce Management Plan), PMPP (Stakeholder Mobilization Plan)
• Ensuring compliance with Ivorian environmental and social legislation
