Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Duration: 12 months
The IT Support will provide support to end users and perform various IT administration tasks to keep the system running
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to Day users support
- Setup and troubleshooting PCs/ Printers and other IT Infrastructure operations
- MS Windows Server administration and backup
- Security policies compliance
- Support initiatives in deployment and support of digital solutions
- Knowledge of Network switches and router administration
- Promote the use of new tools that improve collaboration within distributed teams
- Asset management and maintenance of the hardware database, in particular organization and administration of IT equipment as well as creation and maintenance of documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to consistently deliver quality End users /customer support & Train end users.

Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer science or related field required.
- 2 years’ experience in similar IT support position and a broad understanding of IT Operations ( Service Operations )
- Prior experience on SCCM / ticketing tools like Service Now would be a plus
- Experience on OpenText, MS Teams, PowerBI, JIRA would be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Driving license
