Injection Mould Setter (26341) Worthing, England
| Salary: | GBP35000 - GBP36000 per annum + 28 days holiday + BH , Health Plan |
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out mould tool installations
- Setting machines to validated settings to ensure optimal performance for tooling and ancillary equipment
- Work alongside the Production Manager to drive efficiency and explore new production avenues
- Conduct and document mould testing to support the team of quality engineers
- Performing maintenance on moulds and ancillary equipment
- Monitor moulded parts through production
- Assist installation of new equipment to smooth production lines
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience in the industry / Apprenticeship equivalent
- Familiar with modern Fanuc, Engel and Boy machines
- Polymer experience including ABS, HDPE, PE, PVC and PC
- Confident with injection mould tooling
- Attitude of safety and quality in production
- Able to work in a team environment and be dynamic to change
- Computer literate
