The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client, a famous Tech/Fintech MNC
• We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst  (12 months contract)

The Talent:

• SQL & Python proficiency.
• 1-2 years in risk analytics or credit risk management.
• Knowledge of consumer credit risk will be a plus
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret risk data and trends.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Tech/Fintech/Finance/Banking background would be a plus

Job Description

• Assist in achieving risk and business initiatives for consumer lending portfolios
• Evaluate and optimize underwriting and customer portfolio management risk policies
• Constantly monitor portfolio risk reports and effectively use the reports to identify potential opportunities to enhance efficiency of credit programs and processes
• Complete regular and ad-hoc deliverables such as whitelist refresh, LI update, policy documentation, etc.
• Work with the credit decisioning engine team to implement policy changes, i.e., requirement walkthrough, UAT, post implementation monitoring, etc.
• Hands on coding in Python and/or SQL to execute BAU tasks and data analytics
• Collaborate with functions such as Commercial, Product, Regional Risk and Tech to help achieve lending OKRs
