Customer Service Officer | Shopping mall

The Job

• You will manage the customer service counter in a shopping mall
• Handle all shoppers and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
• Support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank rewards redemption, loyalty programme and events, and administrative duties
• Provide administrative support whenever necessary

The Talent

• Candidates with any customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply
• A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
