Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: this is a remote position

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000, DOE

Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to manage and optimize request, incident, problem, change, and knowledge processes.
• Implement and configure Flow Designer to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience gathering requirements and creating solutions that meet business needs.
• Strong background in ITSM, with extensive experience in request, incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Experience with Flow Designer.
• Prior experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
