Description
The freelancer will be responsible for the following activities:
- Providing mechanical and electrical systems expertise for ATA32 (Landing Gear)
- Creating and reviewing design and compliance documentation
- Reviewing and updating technical specifications
- Evaluating and approving supplier documentation against requirements and specifications
- Developing a certification strategy and generating Means of Compliance (MOC) documentation
- Supporting supplier management and offering technical guidance
- Participating in regular technical team meetings
Candidate's Profile
- Proven knowledge of CS-25 (Certification Specification for Large Aeroplanes)
- Experience with ARP 4754A (Guidelines for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical aircraft systems, especially landing gear components
- Experience in preparing and reviewing aviation development and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with certification processes and MOC strategies
- Structured, independent working style and strong team collaboration skills
- Confident communication in technical discussions and meetings
