Senior Accounts Payable - Up to £28,000 - Manchester - Permanent
Working exclusively with Search, this innovative and forward thinking global organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team
Based in the Shared Service Centre (SSC) this new exciting opportunity and will report into Accounts Payable Manager, you will you will act as a subject matter expert and point of reference for activities or issues related to Supplier Invoices and ensures that related processes are executed in line with the Group procedures and according to the internal and external audit requirements.
Process Improvement
- In liaison with the Supplier Services Manager and Group PTP Manager identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their expectations and processes and build professional relationships with them
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience of Accounts Payable processes
- Continuous Improvement experience/Involvement in Projects
- Ability to act as SME for the accounts payable team whilst developing cross functional relationships
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in high volume/value SSC environment
Due to the nature of the role, your background and experience will clearly demonstrate an in depth knowledge and understanding of P2P/Accounts Payable within a shared service environment. Previous transformational experience would be a distinct advantage.
