Branch Co‑ordinator (Customer Service) - Brighton

£13.81 per hour | Immediate Start for 3 months

Looking for a customer-facing role where you can start ASAP

We’re hiring Branch Co‑ordinators to be the first point of contact at busy vehicle service centres. You’ll welcome customers, check in their vehicles using an iPad, and keep the day running smoothly for both customers and technicians. This role is located in Brighton, with working hours and days of Mon-Fri 07.30am - 16.00pm with overtime available on Saturdays

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers and deliver great service
• Check vehicles in using an iPad
• Manage daily workflow and bookings
• Support technicians and keep customers updated
• Handle queries and process payment

What we're looking for:

• Face‑to‑face customer service experience (retail, automotive, hospitality, car rental)
• Friendly, confident, and organised
• Comfortable using tech (iPads/systems)
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• UK driving license holder
