An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Physiotherapist to join a well-established private practice in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, conveniently located next to the train station for easy commuting. This clinic attracts an active, fitness-focused client base and offers excellent earning potential in a supportive, high-performing environment.

About the Role
You will manage a private MSK caseload, primarily working with active lifestyle and fitness clients. The clinic has minimal DVA, Workers Compensation, or EPC work, allowing you to focus on high-quality MSK care. You’ll step into an already established caseload, supported by strong organic referrals and natural marketing.

Hours & Appointments

• Monday to Friday, clinic open 7:00am – 7:00pm
• Typical shifts: 7:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 7:00pm
• 2 x longer shifts per week (7:00am – 7:00pm) with generous breaks
• 45-minute initial consultations, with 30–45-minute follow-ups

Team & Clinic

• Work alongside 5 physiotherapists, 2 massage therapists, 5 chiropractors, and a highly supportive administrative team
• Young, vibrant, and collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Part of a group with 3 clinics across Brisbane
• No requirement to rotate - you’ll be based solely at the Bowen Hills location
• Detailed KPIs and role expectations are clearly outlined, ensuring clarity and support

Remuneration & Benefits

• Up to $100,000 base salary + super (retainer, subject to experience)
• 45% commission on billables above retainer
• Strong earning potential with high patient demand
• You can start earning commission as early as 4 weeks
