I'm partnering with a reputable healthcare organisation with a national footprint, currently expanding their Brisbane team. They are looking for Physiotherapists who are passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation, strength training, and helping clients achieve long-term outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a gym-based clinical environment, values ongoing development, and wants to be part of a fun, social, and supportive team.

The Opportunity:

• Work in modern clinics with high-quality gyms andaccess to industry-leading equipment
• Exercise-based rehabilitation model with a strong focus on strength training and long-term outcomes
• Predominantly private caseload (approximately 75%) with some WorkCover and EPC referrals
• 60-minute initial consultations and 30-minute follow-up appointments

Salary & Benefits:

• $70,000 - $95,000 + Super (depending on experience) + bonus potential
• $1,500 annual Professional Development allowance
• Annual PD allowance, Weekly in-house clinical training and fortnightly professional development sessions
