Lead Physiotherapist | Private Practice | Full Time 

Location: Rockhampton & Yeppoon, QLD

Salary: Up to $120k base + super + monthly bonus 

Join a well-established private practice as a Lead Physiotherapist. This role offers a unique 60% clinical / 40% leadership split, allowing you to combine hands-on patient care with mentoring clinicians, driving business growth, and shaping clinical excellence across clinics in Rockhampton and Yeppoon.

• Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA, EPC and private caseload
• Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
• Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
• Work across both clinic locations (1 day/week in Yeppoon, remainder in Rockhampton)

Skills & experience

• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum 5+ years' physiotherapy experience, ideally in private practice
• Strong MSK and manual therapy skills
• Previous leadership, mentoring or business development experience
• Women's Health experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
