What is the job?

Member Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective Members.

• Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced, customer service call center
• Work in multiple computer applications, simultaneously, to research, troubleshoot, and resolve Member questions or concerns
• Recommending additional services to meet Member’s current and future needs
• Performing financial transactions

What is the schedule?
• Member Service Representatives typically work 40 hours a week
• Schedules are posted 4 weeks in advance
• Hours vary between 8:30am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.
• Working until 7pm is only required one night a week
• Saturday hours are 8:30am-2pm
• An average of two Saturdays a month are required and selected by team members

What do you bring to the job?
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication
• High level of comfort with phone communication
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to simultaneously work within multiple computer systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to de-escalate upset callers to resolve their need
• Previous experience working in a support call center or financial institution is preferred but not required
