Shift: 6am – 3pm
Pay Rate: $11.00
Job Summary (Temp-to-Hire):
Maintenance of Grounds Area – Ensure property is debris free, as well as, sidewalks and common areas. Other duties include variety of labor duties which include operating a forklift.
Required Education:
High School diploma
Current Driver’s license
Forklift Certification Preferred
Required Years of Experience
Minimum of 1 year grounds maintenance, or landscaping and forklift experience,
Required Technical/ Functional Skills:
• Team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures Good common Sense
**Must be able to pass background check and drug screening**
