Support Forum Moderators
Job Level Definition:

Moderators will log into the company's Support Forum and be the traffic cops, reading new posts and determining if any action needs to be taken. While 95% of posts will only need to be read, others will require action.

The moderators will sift through posts on the forum to make sure that posts are constructive and are relevant. If there is something that needs to be escalated, they will follow the outlined process and notify the appropriate people in a timely manner.

This position requires someone who enjoys being online, has the ability to use good judgment, and will be able to wade through thousands of posts and still remain alert and able to spot an issue and deal with it immediately.
