Hours: 10–12 hour shifts
Pay: $41.93/hr + super + daily overtime

You’ll be partnered with a truck jockey, but this is far from a sit-behind-the-wheel role. You’ll play a key part in collecting and loading hard rubbish into the truck’s compactor—so being physically fit and ready for manual work is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate HR vehicles across residential routes
• Load and handle hard rubbish (up to 25kg) from nature strips
• Assist with general labouring and occasional yard duties
• Navigate tight streets and stick to scheduled runs
• Work closely with your team to deliver efficient service
What You’ll Need
- Valid HR License (minimum 1-year Australian experience)
• Ability to provide 5-year driving history from VicRoads
• Experience in residential or tight-access driving (highly regarded)
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing
