Job role:  Opex Operator - Weekends only

Hours: Weekends only- Saturday 12 hour shift and Sundays 12 hour shift 

Pay: Day rate 9.70 per hour / night £11.64 per hour 

Contract: ASAP-April 2022- this contract is subject to extend

The Office Angels National Accounts team have an exciting opportunity within one of our largest postal clients for an Opex Operator.

This role is to be contracted until April 2022 with an ASAP start. This is a weekends only role, you will be required to Saturday and Sundays- 12 hour shifts, shift patterns will be discussed on interview. Should you get on well in your role this could be reviewed to extend. 

The duties for this role would include:

• Administration, preparation and scanning of medical records and other documentation via the Opex scanners.
• Escalation of errors / queries as required.
• Escalation of system and hardware errors as required.
• Accurate and efficient processing, achieving 800+ pages per hour and ensuring all turnarounds are met.
• Consistently achieve set operational performance targets.
• Manual handling of boxes to a max weight of 15Kg
• Document scanning experience preferable.
• Intermediate IT skills – Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email and Web.
• Document preparation experience preferable.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills to GCSE (or equivalent) level.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people.
• Working shifts on a flexible pattern.
• Working accurately, under pressure, to tight deadlines.
