Warehouse Operator – Night Shift

Location: Newbridge, Edinburgh
Salary: £36,013 per year
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm – 3am

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the operation running smoothly through the night. You’ll be responsible for:

• Operating mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Picking orders using voice-pick technology
• Checking order accuracy and preparing goods for dispatch
• Carrying out manual handling and general warehouse duties
• Using handheld scanning technology to manage stock and orders
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and keep operations running efficiently

• Previous warehouse or distribution
• A reliable work history and strong work ethic
• A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
