Forklift Driver

Working Hours:

• 5.15am - 5.15pm

Pay rate:

• £13.69 plus attendance bonus

We're looking for Forklift Drivers to join the team at our Grangemouth site. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy operation where you'll play an important role in supporting the movement of pallets and ensuring the smooth running of yard operations.

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must hold a valid RTITB forklift licence and have experience operating double handler forklifts.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Working collaboratively with the FLT team to ensure smooth yard operations.
• Meeting targets and deadlines while maintaining high work standards.
• Removing empty pallets from the distribution centre.
• Sorting and batching pallets by colour and type.
• Transporting pallets safely to the designated yard area.
• Storing pallets accurately within the designated yard locations.
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently at all times.
• Carrying out daily pre-use forklift checks and reporting any defects.
• Adhering to all site Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Completing all tasks accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid RTITB forklift licence.
• Experience using triple-handler forklifts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good decision-making skills.
• A proactive work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work 5.15am - 5.15pm 3 on 3 off shift.
