Castle Technology division are looking for an IT technician to join a small and friendly IT team within a life sciences company. This is a diverse role and hands on role that requires being the first port of call for all IT queries within the office. 

Location: Wetherby

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 

Job role

• Being the first point of contact either on the phone or face to face to manage all IT queries within the office
• Offering first line support day in day out to all users 
• Using Microsoft technologies daily 
• Have the opportunity to learn and expanding your IT skill set 
• Working within a team of three to offer full IT support across all departments

Looking for someone that has been in a 1st line support role or similar in the past or a graduate looking for their first role within the IT industry.
