Castle IT division are looking for an IT technician to join a small and friendly team in the Pickering area. This is a diverse role that would require someone to have strong technical knowledge but also liaising with the team to increase their IT usage in their own role. 

Location: Pickering 

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 

Job role

• Using your well-rounded knowledge of typical IT infrastructure components, you will be required to maintain and monitor items such as switches, firewalls, servers, backups, wireless and workstations
• keeping the IT network functional and secure across all users
• Documentation and records are maintained and accurate at all times
• To support staff and volunteer use of IT within their roles
• To maintain and support the development of IT infrastructure and documentation

This is a full time permanent role working 36.5 hours which may include some weekend work. A driving licence is also necessary as you may be required to work at other local sites, when needed.
