Hotel General Manager - £40k-£45k plus incentive bonuses - Hatfield/St Albans.
-Hotel General Manager position based in Hatfield/St Albans area paying £40-45k.

-This General Manager position is an exciting new opening in a recently refurbished site as part of a modern hotel complex. This presents a fantastic opportunity to lead a new team on an exciting journey and provides the platform to have a massive input into the overall performance of the operation.
-The restaurant is a huge part of their operation which has recently opened so we are looking for someone who has experience in this environment and is comfortable supporting the operation when needed.
-You will need to be an energetic leader who can fully engage and motivate the team across all sections, have a real passion for customer service and lead by example when it comes to the standards you set.
-You will need a good understanding of cost lines and KPI's from a multi-management standpoint and be able to fully influence your team on controlling costs and implementing business plans.
-Personality is key. Someone who has a real passion and enthusiasm for their job which translates to their team and brings a real fun and 'can do' attitude to the team.
-We are looking for someone who loves to jump in and support the team when necessary.
