Permanent Position

Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: From £32,480 to £34,510 per annum

Job description for the Internal Accounts Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company, working in a fast-paced office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and service-related matters.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate information is communicated and customer requirements are met.
• Take ownership of customer queries, complaints, and service issues through to resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular account reviews.
• Maintain accurate account records and provide customer insights to management.
• Ensure a professional, positive, and customer-centric service is delivered at all times.

Experience for the Internal Accounts manager

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the manufacturing sector is preferred
• Strong Excel and IT skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience building relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of order processing, logistics and supply chain operations is desirable
