The Job People are currently looking for a Production Operative for our manufacturing and production client based in Birmingham, Erdington. 

The chosen candidate must have previous experience working to targets within a manufacturing/production industry.

Details of a Production Operative based in Birmingham, Erdington: 

• Monday to Friday 
• Weekly Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
• Paying between £16.04 - £18.82 per hour 
• Overtime available 
• Long term opportunity

As a Production Operative you will have the below experience:

• Previous experience working to targets in a Manufacturing and production environment.
• Excellent time management.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Able to lift loads of up to 25kg.

As a Production Operative based in Erdington you will be required but not limited to the below: 

• Working in a fast paced manufacturing and production environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts from 6am till 2pm, 2pm till 10pm, 10pm till 6am.
• Able to hit production targets on an hourly, daily and weekly basis. 
• General house keeping ensuring all work areas are kept tidy.
