Senior Solutions Designer

The Role:

• This role requires a Senior Solution Designer to partner with all functions of this fintech business
• You will need to deliver strategic outcomes through product management
• You will have a capability to provide thought leadership and furthermore detailed solution design expertise across the digital technologies and core systems
• A must is technical advisory skills that will allow you to transpose business requirements into technical solutions
• You will need to have a great understanding of their customers and how they interact with the business
• You will advise on the best strategies for configuration of solutions, solution architecture and integration, as well complimentary technologies

About You:

• 8+ years’ experience in software development
• 3+ years’ experience in Solution Design, Agile Governance Practices and API connectivity 
• Experience driving strategic research and deep customer engagement to gather insights

Very Desirable:

• Desirable: Experience delivering business applications for customer value
• Desirable: Customer-centric CRM & Rapid Development platforms
• Desirable: Platform Road Maps
• Desirable: Experience with enterprise architecture and roadmaps

Education & Qualifications: 

• Tertiary Qualifications Finance, Business or Technology related
