Salary: GBP25000 - GBP30000 per annum + Benefits

Opportunity for experienced Marketing Executive in UK leading training company

The Role

As Marketing Executive you will assist with designing, developing, and delivering compelling campaigns and communications across a variety of channels and for a large client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • delivering intel-led campaigns
  • leading / managing local & national targeted activity to support department & client requirements
  • management of candidate attraction marketing budget, maximising PPC & paid media campaigns
  • report / analyse campaigns measured against specific KPIs
  • implementation of applicant communications plan utilising CRM database and system
  • lead generation / content creation through website / social media
  • lead generation performance monitoring and reporting
  • working with external suppliers to deliver school engagement plan & support customer retention

The Person

As Marketing Executive you will have experience in a lead generation marketing role, with the ability to identify new areas of opportunity, and a track record of lead generation through organic marketing. You will also have:

  • excellent data analysis skills / ability to evaluate marketing campaigns
  • good organisational skills / ability to work autonomously
  • copywriting experience
  • paid media experience
