Project Manager – Software                          Bristol                          £40k to £45k + benefits

The Role

As Project Manager you will manage digital experience, web, UX / CX and application software projects. Leading cross-functional teams of product owners, CX managers, developers and testers, and delivering outstanding online customer experience via projects that combine front-end, UX and platform integration change, your responsibilities will include:

• project managing & delivering technical / digital project initiatives
• managing internal project stakeholders and external third-party suppliers
• ensuring good practice governance / quality assurance
• managing project escalations and issues to satisfactory resolution
• providing regular status reports for key stakeholders
• owning the rollout strategy, working closely with business stakeholders

The Person

As Project Manager - Software you will have relevant experience working on IT software application development projects e.g. as an Application Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, PMO role etc. Experience in the education / training sector would also be ideal and you will have knowledge of:

• delivering complex digital projects (websites portals / mobile applications etc.)
• Agile project management / software development methodology & implementation planning tools
• change impact of projects on end-users, including technical & non-technical issues
