Customer Service Advisor – Energy           Bath            to £24k p.a. depending on experience

Our client is a digital, renewable energy supplier dealing only in clean, sustainable energy. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis. 

They’re creating a number of opportunities for energetic digital Customer Service Advisors. Communicating with Members across digital channels (chat, email and outbound calling), you’ll be the voice of the company as you advise and guide, educate and engage, support and feedback.

  • deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries via digital channels
  • take in and assess customer feedback to continually improve service
  • direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
  • develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products and services

Due to COVID19, everyone currently works from home and will to do so until it’s safe to return to the office. Depending on how government guidelines change over the coming months, this role can either be worked from the office or a mixture of remote and office.
